Close to train station & leather market. Good breakfast. Safe hotel, friendly staff. Superior room recently updated. Twin room was basic but clean, bathroom well-appointed. Good value for money. Great location, close to train station and tourist center. Easy access to public transport. Newly renovated and clean rooms on 5th floor with minibar, TV, and hairdryer. Friendly staff, early check-in available. Good breakfast and beautiful view from the roof terrace.

The staff was welcoming and the place was fairly clean.

The hotel was fairly clean and intimate, liked the comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast was rich and consisted of fruit, hardboiled eggs and meats. The staff was helpful and efficient, everything was very clean.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. Being able to leave my luggage safely stored for the day was convenient, and the rooftop view was amazing.

The entrance to the hotel on the ground floor was shabby and didn't match up to the rest of the hotel. The staff were not very communicative and did not make any effort to engage or provide information.

My stay was nice for one night. The staff were pleasant and accommodating as well, would stay there again.

Fine breakfast, especially coffee, fruit, hardboiled eggs and meats, the staff was responsive. Exceptionally comfortable bed in double room with a mini bar fridge, a personal safe and a work desk. Services were good too. Not to mention great wifi! We had an excellent stay at this contemporary and intimate hotel.

This hotel pleasantly surprised us in many ways. Firstly, its location was perfect for exploring the vibrant district filled with lively bars and cozy pubs. We loved the convenience of being within walking distance of the train station, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. Additionally, our room had a delightful balcony offering views of neighboring rooftop cats - a unique touch that added to the overall charm of the hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the room boasted elegant furniture that added a touch of sophistication. Lastly, we were treated to a delicious breakfast with a stunning view of the majestic Duomo, accompanied by excellent espresso to start our day on a high note.

The hotel's attention to detail could be improved, but all was still satisfactory.

The venue is clean and fairly large, views are amazing, the location is perfect really close to Italy as well as the centre. Florence Historic Centre district is worth looking into. We would recomand it to everyone, had a comfortable experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was excellent - it was very close to public transport and within walking distance of all the areas of interest in this city. We loved being so close to all the attractions in this city, making it easy to explore. The hotel facilities were great, especially the rooftop bar with its amazing views. The breakfast, delivered to our room free of charge, was a nice touch and helped us start our day. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with suggestions for things to do and places to eat. we had a wonderful experience!

This hotel is conveniently located near the train station and within walking distance to all the sights I wanted to visit. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from.

Some staff members were seen smoking in the reception area, which made the hotel smell unpleasant.

During my Christmas stay at the hotel, I was really impressed with the cleanliness and cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and efficient, making my stay more fun. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to all the main sights and the train station. This made it convenient for me to explore the city and also easily travel to other nearby locations. the delicious breakfast, especially the coffee and croissants, was a good way to start my day.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the bed was quite uncomfortable , made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel was excellent value for money, with affordable prices and great attention to detail. The location was perfect, right in the centre of Florence and within walking distance of the train station. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were just what we needed. The rooms, although small, were comfortable and clean, with a nice basic breakfast and a good bathroom. We especially enjoyed breakfast with a view of the Duomo and the excellent espresso.

The noise from the bar downstairs kept us awake until 2am.

The shower is downright dangerous, with no soap dish and a narrow range of temperatures.

Comfortable and Clean Room with a Beautiful City View. During our stay at Cantoria, we were really surprised by the comfort and cleanliness of our room. The bed was comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after exploring the city. The room also offered a amazing view of the beautiful Florence skyline, adding to the overall charm of our stay. Although the hotel had a few drawbacks, such as limited room amenities and some noise from outside, the positive aspects overshadowed these minor inconveniences. I would highly recommend Cantoria for its comfortable rooms and fine city view.
